Obituary William “Bill” R. McNeal, age 81 of Duluth, died December 17, 2019. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday December 20, 2019 at Johns Creek Baptist Church. Interment at Peachtree Memorial Park, Norcross. Mr. McNeal was born in Jackson County, GA and was self employed in computer systems and software. He was a member of Johns Creek Baptist Church. He was a fifty year Mason, Past Master of Norcross Lodge #228 F&AM, and was also Past Master of the 9th Masonic District of Georgia. He is survived by his wife, Jenny McNeal; daughter, Donna Bishop (Darin) of Suwanee; granddaughters, Jordan Trotman (Adam) of Cumming and Allison Bishop of Suwanee; sisters, Celia Wilson of Ringgold and Lynda Burnsed of Clarkesville. He was preceded in death by his son, William Scott McNeal. The family will receive friends Thursday 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory Duluth Chapel, 770-476-2535. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Georgia Masonic Children’s Home, PO Box 4183, Macon, GA 31208, 478-743-5154, or Johns Creek Baptist Church 6910 McGinnis Ferry Road, Alpharetta, GA 30005 678-474-4400.
