Mr. Wallace George Garrison, 89, of North Adams, died on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at his home. He was born in North Adams on August 13, 1930, son of the late George and Beatrice (Boyer) Garrison. He attended schools in California and graduated from the Sonoma Valley High School. While living in California, Mr. Garrison was the manager of the Shell Oil Company. He was a communicant of the St. Patrick’s Church, Williamstown. His wife, the former Sandra J. Haley, whom he married on February 29, 1996, died on February 15, 2016. He is survived by a son, Jeff Garrison and his wife Lisa of North Adams; three daughters, Laurie Pustay and her husband John of Virginia, Cyndi Haley and her husband Eddie of Pownal, VT and Chelsea Garrison of North Adams; a stepson, Keith Rarick; a stepdaughter, Karen Rarick and by nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. A Liturgy of the Word will be held on Friday, December 27th at 11:00 A.M. in St. Patrick’s Church, Williamstown. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery, Williamstown. There are no calling hours.
