Obituary Thomas Alan Ware, 54, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2019 at Hospice of Texarkana. Tom was born on August 27, 1965 to his parents, Lawrence and Norma Ware in Texarkana, Texas. He graduated from Atlanta High School in 1983 and later attended Texas State Technical Institution in Waco, Texas. Tom loved auto racing both as a spectator and a participant.
