Obituary Terry Lee Motley, age 72, of Tunnel Hill, GA. passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, James E. Motley Sr. and Elizabeth; infant sister, Oita Motley; daughter, Alice Faye Summey; brother, Robert Motley; sister-in-law, Dot Motley. Mr. Motley was a member or Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Ringgold. He is survived by his wife, Alice J. Motley of the residence; daughters and sons-in-law, Vonda (Jeff) Blansit of Ringgold, Teressa McCullough and Lexie Mitchel of Chatsworth, Denise McCullough of Tunnel Hill, Kathy (Dan) Holloway of Madisonville, TN.; sons and daughters-in-law, Christopher Lee Motley (Carol Lowery) of Ringgold, Joshua (Shay) Motley of Villanow, James (Melanie) Jenkins of Dalton; sisters, Ann Hooper of Ringgold, Loretta Stinnett of Chatsworth, Janie Davenport of Ringgold, Donna Kennemer of Dalton, Deana Motley of Chatsworth; brothers and sisters –in-law, Carlos Motley of Fort Oglethorpe, Elroy (Juanita) Motley of Lafayette, Larry (Sherry) Motley of Tunnel Hill. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive. The funeral will held on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at the Rocky Face Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Justin Hullender and Carlos Motley officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Julian Peeples Funeral Home, Rocky Face Chapel.
