Obituary Shirley J. Garl, 84, of Reading, passed away Sunday, November 24th, at Manor Care – Laureldale. Shirley was born in Reading, on December 27, 1934, a daughter of the late Edna (Miller) and Wister Sherman. She was the widow of Clair S. Garl. Mr. Garl died April 19, 2007.
