Scott K. Benet, age 52, was born on September 24, 1967 in Waukesha, WI. Scott had a special way of making people happy. Scott always gave compliments to people. Scott loved taking walks, bicycle riding, collecting bikes, motor sports, drawing cars and trucks, and he so loved his music. Scott loved his dad, mom, stepmom, sister and brother-in-law, Karalee (Jamie) Hines and niece Karalyn and her husband and sons and daughter. Scott was preceded in death by his loving mother, Elle, and a sister, Karalyn. Scott died at peace and lived a long, and good life. Scott loved God. Scott is survived by his father, Jerry and Gayle Benet of Greenwood; a sister, Karalee (Jamie) Hines of Willard; niece, Karalynn (Nathan) Klar of East Dubuque, IL; several aunts, uncles and many wonderful cousins, numerous great nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his mother Elinore Iva (Payne) Benet; a. sister, Karalyn Benet; grandparents, Donald and Ilef Payne, H.A.and Lucille Bennett; great nice and nephew, Maria and Ezekiel. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2020, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Tuffley Center in Boscobel with Pastor Maggie Wehner officiating.
