Russell Bilgore, 89, of Sanibel, Florida passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2019. He was born in Binghamton, NY on July 3, 1930 to Abraham and Bess Bilgore, now deceased. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in New York.
