Obituary Roy Winn “Jim” Smith, 87, of Fulton passed away at his home on Saturday, December 21, 2019. He was born on November 28, 1932 in Hatton, Missouri, the son of the late James Richard Smith and the late Pearl (Winn) Smith. On July 14, 1953, he was united in marriage to Dorothy (Ridgel) Smith. She survives his passing. Jim proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
