RoseAnn’s Obituary RoseAnn Watkins RoseAnn Watkins, age 60, of Fouke, Arkansas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, December 23, 2019 surrounded by her family. Mrs. Watkins was born April 24, 1959 in Texarkana, Arkansas and lived in Fouke most of her life. She was a retired registered Nurse and a member of the Circle J. Cowboy Church. She was also a member of the National Nursing Association, the Arkansas Board of Nursing, The Arkansas Simmental Association and the former Director of Continuing Care for Christus St. Michael Health Care. In 2001 the Fouke Future Farmers of America recognized her as an honorary member into their chapter. RoseAnn was a caring and loving person who always placed the needs of her family and friends before herself. She was considered a mom not only to her own children, but to others as well. She was an active member at Circle J. Cowboy Church where she was involved in the Women’s Ministry. She is survived by her husband of thirty four years, Elywnn “Ike” Watkins of Fouke, Arkansas, three daughters and two sons in-law, Michelle Lynn of Fouke, Arkansas, Summer and Donny Bright of McCaskill, Arkansas, Amanda and Scott Rabon of Fouke, Arkansas, two sons and one daughter-in-law, Cal and Ashley Watkins of Fouke, Arkansas, and Mason Watkins of Fouke, Arkansas, ten grandchildren, Dalton, Holland, Jay, Madison, Kenzie, McKalynn, Haylee, Preston, Cody, and Olivia, two great grandchildren, Bear and Wyndell nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral Services will be 11:00 A. M. Friday, December 27, 2019 at Circle J. Cowboy Church with Rev. Todd Hervey officiating. Burial will be in Sylverino Cemetery under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas. The family will receive friends at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.
