Obituary RONALD E. RUTTER, 72 of Weirton, WV passed away Saturday December 14, 2019 at home. He was born August 23, 1947 in Sistersville, WV, the son of the late Marion F. and Ila Mae Dailey Rutter. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Gaye Stewart; nephew, Richie Rutter. Ron was a member of the Weirton Heights Church of Christ. He was also a Kentucky Colonel.
