Aaron Ray Long, 87, passed away December 19, 2019. A native of Alabama, son of the late Wyman Randolph and Gerti Green Long, he was a retired foreman for C.F. Sauer Food Manufacturing Company, and a US Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Surviving are his wife, Mary Lark Miller Long of the home; two daughters, Rhonda Pittman (Danny) and Beverly Howard (Bill); one brother, Huey Long; three sisters, Hilda Hall, Jane Van Horn and Ann Wiss; and eight grandchildren, Mike Fazio (Angela), Jimmy Fazio, Chris Fazio (Amanda), Ashely Brooks (Michael), Katelin Holiday (Matt), Josh Howard (Kelsi), Grace Edwards and Preston Edwards and numerous great-grandchildren. He was also predeceased by two daughters, Robbie Edwards and Gloria Atatwell; two sons, Jimmy Fazio and Tony Fazio; two brothers, J.T. Long and Nathan Long; one sister, Sara Battles and two grandchildren, Ryan Fazio and Tony Fazio, Jr. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 23, 2019 at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Pastor Bobby Johnson. Burial will be private. Visitation will be 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. Monday at the mortuary prior to the service. The family is at their respective homes.
