Ramona’s Obituary Ramona Ault 1930 – 2019 Stanberry, MO: Ramona Ault, 89, Stanberry, MO passed away Monday, December 30, 2019 at a Stanberry, MO nursing home. She was born November 24, 1930 in Rea, Nebraska the daughter of Amos and Clarice Ellen (Micham) Housel. On September 7, 1951, she married Walter “Bud” Ault in Nebraska. He preceded her in death on May 5, 2005. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, John Ault; grandson, Carl Phillip; great-great-granddaughter, Enzley Ault; and sister, Barbara Heusman. Ramona worked as a cook in various cafés in the area. She was a member of the Stanberry United Methodist Church. Ramona loved Bluegrass festivals and enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. Survivors include her sons, LeRoy (Karen) Ault, King City, MO and Russell (Joann) Ault, Kansas City, MO; daughter, Patsy Phillip, Stanberry, MO; sister LaVey Parrish, Tecumseh, Nebraska; granddaughters, Tiffany (Ed) Wiederholt and Dawn (Shane) Starling; great-grandchildren, Dylan Ault and Harley and Tabitha Starling. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 3 at Stanberry United Methodist Church, Stanberry, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Stanberry, MO. Burial will follow in the Oak Lawn Cemetery, Ravenwood, MO. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Friday at the church.
