Obituary Phyllis Vaunice Lovett, 83, of Swansea, Illinois, formerly of Fulton, was called to her heavenly home on Saturday, December 7, 2019. She was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on August 24, 1936 to the late Charles E. Bunten and the late Margaret (Peel) Bunten. On September 2, 1955, Phyllis was married to Perry D. Lovett who survives her passing. A woman of great faith, Phyllis was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
