Paul A. Hurt, Sr., 73, of New Carlisle passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 in his home. He was born November 23, 1945 in Russell County, Virginia to the late Claude Thomas and Mabel (Richardson) Hurt. Paul was a welder for most of his life and enjoyed playing blue grass music. Paul is survived by a son, Paul Hurt Jr., of Fairborn, a sister, Berthe Music, two granddaughters; Ashley and Gary Hubbard of Fairborn, Michelle and Devan Hicks of Fairborn, three great-grandchildren, Jordan, Carter, and Brayden, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a loving wife, Christal, and brother, Larry Carl Hurt. A funeral service will be conducted 1:00 Friday, November 1, 2019 in Adkins Funeral Home, Enon.
