Mrs. Ovilla Seay age 76 of Fort Payne, AL passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Cumberland Health & Rehab. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 12noon at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Melvin Dawson officiating. Burial will follow in Wesley’s Chapel Cemetery with Rainsville Funeral Home, Inc. directing, www.rainsvillefuneralhome.com. Visitation will be Friday, December 20th from 10AM-8PM & Saturday, December 21st from 10AM-12PM.
