Obituary Nikki Jensen (Morales) of Murray, Utah passed away on December 18, 2019 in Murray, Utah with family members present. At her request, she is having cremation services to be held on December 23, 2019 with a small gathering of her immediate family beforehand. Arrangements and cremation will be held at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home at 4760 South State Street in Murray, Utah. Nikki was born in Provo, Utah to Bruce M. Jensen and Jacque Jensen Taylor on October 26, 1966. She was the firstborn of twins (sister Korri). She went to school in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Stephen Anthony Morales in Provo, Utah. She graduated with an associate’s degree from a business school in New Jersey and worked as a medical transcriptionist for several years. Nikki is preceded in death by her stepfather whom she loved very much, Robert Charles Taylor, on June 19, 2019, just six-months prior. Nikki is survived by her long-time partner, Sara Wack, of Murray, Utah; Steven Anthony (Tony) Morales (estranged husband); children: Shontay Jensen Juarez (Dominic), T J Jensen (Frankie), Toni Lewis Martinez, Mariah Lewis, both of Salt Lake City; her twin sister, Korri Jensen Gledhill (Rob) of Roy, Utah; stepbrothers, Troy and Darin Jensen of Salt Lake City, Utah, as well as Deven Taylor (Yasman) of Roy, Utah; stepsister, Michelle Erickson (Herman) of Rexburg, Idaho; mother, Jacque Jensen Taylor (Bob) of Millcreek, Utah; father, Bruce M. Jensen, of St. George, Utah; 14 grandchildren, and her loyal and constant companion Chewey (Cocker Spaniel) who was her very best friend. Of mention also is Carmen Forte, whom she was with in New Jersey. Nikki had a lot of stress and illnesses, and the family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to all the medical personnel who have helped her over the years and for her friends and family that have kept in touch with her. Nikki always said, “I love you to the moon and back again”. We will love you, Nikki, to the moon and back again and look forward to the time we can be reunited. We hope that you have reunited with your dad, your grandparents, and all who have gone before you, both human and animal. You were so loved. After Nikki’s passing, it was determined that she was an organ donor; and they were able to give the gift of sight to two people with her corneas.
