Obituary Nancy C. Fronczak (Schempp) age 79, of Algonquin, Illinois and formerly of Palatine, Illinois passed away on December 8, 2019 at JourneyCare in Barrington, Illinois with her loving family at her side. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 9, 1940 to Louis and Clara (Grimes) Schempp. She is survived by her loving daughters, Kim (Kent) Mooneyham, Wendy (David) Panknin and Valerie (Mark) Casman; her cherished grandchildren, Alex, Jessica, Jason, Kody and Jordan; her proud great-grandchildren, Noah and Kit; also survived by many loved nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Nancy was preceded in death by her sisters, Geraldine McBrien and Joyce Reed. A visitation for Nancy will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with an evening Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd. (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills. Interment will be held privately.
