Nancy’s Obituary Nancy Faye Hargrave is lovingly remembered by her family today – the one year anniversary of her passing. She was called from this life on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the age of 82, having been born May 2, 1936 in Cadiz, Ohio, the daughter of the late Raymond L. and Dorothy F. (Patterson) Hargrave. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Harry L. Hargrave. Nancy is deeply missed by her niece, Patricia Hargrave (Mark) Franks; nephew, Robert (Meredith) Hargrave; sister-in-law, Betty J. Hargrave; cousin, Patricia Patterson; and many dear friends. A registered nurse, Nancy was a 1954 graduate of Dennison High School before earning her nursing degree at White Cross Hospital Nursing School in Columbus. She was employed by Broward General Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida from 1957 until her retirement in 1990. Her hobbies were reading and doll collecting, but her greatest love was her lifetime array of pets. She was buried with her late mother and brother at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville, Ohio. Those wishing to honor her memory by a charitable contribution are encouraged to do so to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). Read More
