Obituary MENTOR Matthew David Agostine, 31 years of age, died Saturday December 28, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on March 23, 1988, he was the son of Edward and Cecilia (Agostine) Takesky. A graduate of Madison High School, he had been a resident of Mentor the past several years, and was employed at Speedy Metals in Mentor. Matthew playing video games, played the saxophone and many types of music. He is survived by his daughter Alayna Agostine of Conneaut, Ohio, his mother Cecilia Agostine of Windham, grandmother Dorothy Agostine and loving companion Jill Kohl both of Mentor and many other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Edward Takesky. Cremation has been held. Memorial visitation will be Friday January 3, 2020 at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St. Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255 from 6:00 P.M.-7:30 P.M. with his memorial service to begin at 7:30 P.M.
