Obituary Loving Mother of Paul (Chris), Mike, and Jim (Debby); Beloved Wife of the late Raymond. Mary was lovingly cared for by Cindy Nemitz and the staff at ShorePointe Village and Seasons Hospice. Mary was born in Gwinn, Michigan to Lillian and Frank Sommer on July 27, 1927. She was a graduate of St. Luke’s (Northern Michigan) Nursing School in 1948. Mary worked as a surgical nurse at St. John and Cottage hospitals and dedicated herself to helping others heal.
