Marjorie’s Obituary Mrs. Marjorie Busby Spinks, age 81 of Empire, died Sunday, December 8, 2019. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, December 11, 2019 in the Bell Sumiton Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be Tuesday night from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with burial at Rice’s Chapel Cemetery. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Eva Lee McClendon; Husbands, Ray Busby, and Walter Spinks; children, Cindy Busby, Tony Busby, Tyrone Busby, Terry Busby, and Tammie Light; grandchildren, Matthew Spinks, and Bo Busby. She is survived by her sons, Timothy Busby, and Steve Busby of Empire; grandsons, Kevin Busby (Summer) of Cullman, Gage Busby (Ashley) of Carbon Hill, Jacob Spinks (McKayla) of Jasper, Zack Busby of Dora, Taylor Busby (Khanie) of Jasper, and Erik Busby (Caitlyn) of Jasper; granddaughters, Laranda Busby-Nixon (Marcus) of Jasper, Sommer Moore (James) of Decatur, Heather Busby (Ray) of Jasper, and Brittney Busby (Jamaal) of Jasper, and a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
