Lowell’s Obituary Lowell D. Billbe, age 68, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019 at his home in Topeka. Lowell was born November 29, 1951 in Topeka the son of Wallace and Myrtle (Hamilton) Billbe. Lowell graduated from Carbondale High School in 1969. He married Patti Abrams December 13, 1978. He worked at Hallmark Cards in Topeka for over 32 years. He enjoyed bass fishing and working with wood. He was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Michael. He is survived by his wife, Patti of over 40 years; his mother, Myrtle McCullah of Carbondale; two brothers, Stephen and Arnold Billbe, both of Auburn, and a sister, Joy Ross of Carbondale. A memorial gathering will be Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. Funeral meal will follow at the Teamsters Union Hall, 3600 NE Sardou Avenue, Building #1.
