Obituary Julie M. Wood, 74, of Upland, passed away, Monday, December 23, 2019, at her home with her family at her side. She was born on November 24, 1945, in Hartford City, IN, to the late Richard and Elizabeth (Smith) Baugher. She married Mark E Wood on July 13, 1963, he preceded her in death on October 20, 2006. Julie was a graduate of Hartford City High School Class of 1963 and attended Indiana University for one year. She attended Blackford Baptist Church, and enjoyed raising her 3 boys, and crocheting baby blankets. She is survived by a son Michael Wood, Texas; daughter-in-law, Catina M. Wood, Upland; grandchildren Kelsey (Christopher) Biddle, their children, Brayden and Lennox; Damon M. Bell and Bianca Bell; and Wesley Wood; and step-grandchild Raef. She is preceded in death by sons, Jeffery Allen and Steve Wood, and sister Vicki Clamme. At Julie’s request, she will be cremated.
