Judy L. Franklin age 71 of Mena, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was born on September 11, 1948 in Santa Rosa, California to the late Warren B. Bull and the late Ellen Bailey Bull. She was married to Billy Joe Franklin for 50 years. Judy’s passion in life was car racing with her husband. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her. She is survived by: Husband: Billy Joe Franklin of Mena, Arkansas Daughter: Michele Martindale, of Mena, Arkansas Grandchild: Kaitlyn Martindale Brother: Warren B. Bull of Ft. Smith, Arkansas She was preceded in death by her parents Warren and Ellen Bull. Mrs. Franklin was sent for cremation under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
