Joyce L. Lassere, born October 23, 1956 passed away on Friday, December 6, 2019 at the age of 63 years. Ms. Lassere is preceded in death by her Father, Julian Lassere, and Mother, Virginia Bennett. She is survived by her Son, Billy Ray Galloway, Jr. (Joe); Daughter, Cennie Morales (Jay); Grandchildren, Myranda, Brandon, Christian, and Angelina; Sister, Celine Turner; Brother, Jake Lassere; as well as numerous Nephews, Nieces and other Relatives and Friends. Ms. Lassere was well known and loved by her community and was known to everyone as Grandma. She loved her local Sonic Drive-in for their strawberry limeade slush and enjoyed Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Her favorite flowers were carnations and peace lilies. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. An Evening Service will be held Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery in Von Ormy, TX.
