Joyce Ann (Greathouse) Highley, 64, of East Liverpool, OH formerly of Shortline area was reunited with her family on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 while at East Liverpool City Hospital. Joyce was born December 26, 1954 in East Liverpool, OH; daughter of Harry and Eileen (O’Neil) Greathouse. She was a homemaker, loved quilting and loved her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Bobby Highley (May 2019) and two brothers, Jim Greathouse and Leroy Greathouse. Surviving are her husband of forty-seven years, Jerry Highley; two sons, Darrel (Heather) Highley and Jerry “Fly” Highley both of Wellsville, OH; two daughters, Sheri (Roy) Keenan of East Liverpool, OH and Faye (Paul) Morris of Lisbon, OH; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. At Joyce’s request private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial to follow in Palmer Cemetery near Proctor, WV.
