Obituary Jonathon Griffin, 58, of Bellevue passed away Friday, December 20, 2019 at The Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky. He was born December 23, 1960 in Sandusky, Ohio the son of Katherine (Griffin) Jett. John served in the United States Army and worked as a millwright. He loved working on cars, collecting coins, and was a history buff. He loved his children and grandchildren dearly. He is survived by his son, Jonathon Griffin II of Bellevue; daughter, Elizabeth Griffin of Collins; step-son Bob Lewis of Willard; 2 grandchildren: Dahlia & Edward; a brother, Richard Jett of Iowa; step-father, Howard Jett; and step-siblings: Theresa Kirian, Brenda Dawson, Rebecca Rhodes, Cynthia Kirk, Michael Moore, Daniel Moore, and Gregory Moore. He is preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Jett; and former wife, Marie Griffin. Friends will be received on Monday, December 30, 2019 from 3 p.m. until a memorial service begins at 5 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
