Obituary Mr. Johnny Jeremy Seymore was born on May 4, 1957 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Barbara A. Seymore. He was later adopted and raised by Hillary (Sallie) Jackson, and he grew up on Jessup Street in North Philly, where he made many lifelong friends.
