John’s Obituary On December 7. 2019, John Robert Franklin, Sr., beloved husband of Rosemary Franklin (nee Randall); devoted father of John R. Franklin, Jr. and his wife April and Michael A. Franklin; loving grandfather of John R. Franklin, III, Brittany Franklin, Timothy Franklin, Matthew Franklin, Josh franklin, Aaron Franklin and Nathan Franklin; cherished great grandfather of Falicia Grogan, Arianna Miller, Sebastian Miller, Brayson Miller and Dahlia Graybill; dear brother of Diane Warroyl, Sharon Cangco and the late Thomas Franklin, Glenda Agcaoil and Karen Ajan. Visitation will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
