A memorial service for Joe Thrasher, 56 of Corinth is set for Sunday, December 15, 2019 at 6:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Visitation will be Sunday, December 15, 2019 from 5:00pm-6:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home. Born June 24, 1963 in Corinth, MS., Joe passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was of the Christian faith and a truck driver for Frankie Puckett Trucking. Joe is survived by his wife of 30 years, Patricia Weaver Thrasher of Corinth; step son, Matthew Brett Weaver of Decatur, AL; step daughters, Stephanie Courtney and husband David of Glen, MS and Michelle Weaver of Charleston, SC.; one step grandchild, Jordan Weaver; a brother, Thomas Thrasher of Corinth; sisters, Peggy Sue Thrasher of Corinth, Gladys Barnett and husband Tommy of Corinth , Martha Foust of Selmer, TN. and Darnell Dildy and husband Benny of Corinth; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Dalton Thrasher; mother, Lela Mae Hastings Thrasher; brothers, John Robert Thrasher, Bobby Dalton Thrasher and Marcus Thrasher and sisters, Anna Bell Thrasher, Jane Brooks and Mary Frances Brooks. Arlene Gann and Buddy Kemp will officiate the service. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Joseph “Joe” Edward Thrasher.
