James’ Obituary Mr. James Larry Spicer, 80 of Sedalia, KY formerly of Clinton, KY passed away Friday December 27, 2019 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY. He attended Lynnville Baptist Church and Trace Creek Baptist Church. Mr. Spicer was a retired truck driver for Colonial Truck Lines. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Wilma Foy Spicer; four sons, Kenny Ray (Dora) Foy of Lynnville, KY, Denny K. (Gigi) Foy of Sedalia, KY, Danny Jo (Marilyn) Foy of Wingo, KY, Jimmy (Marcia) Spicer of Festus, MO; one daughter, Jamie Spicer (Mike) Mann of Paris, TN; eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren also survive. Mr. Spicer was preceded in death by two brothers, William E. Spicer and Donald E. Spicer; parents were Bill and Lillian Spicer. A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00PM Tuesday December 31, 2019 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Ronnie Stinson Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow in the Lynnville Baptist Church Cemetery. Kenny Foy, Denny Foy, Justin Foy, Kenny Cornman, Jonathan Gream, and Sammy Bradshaw will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 5-8PM Monday December 30 , 2019 at the Byrn Funeral Home. Military graveside rites will be conducted by American legion Post #26.
