Jacilyn’s Obituary Jacilyn Renee Skinner, 49, passed away on December 2, 2019. She was born on December 19, 1969, to Teresa and Jack Skinner in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Jacilyn graduated from Notre Dame Regional High School, attended Southeast Missouri State University, and moved from Missouri to the Gulf Coast of Florida when she was in her early 20’s. She became an enthusiast of the beach and had a passion for fashion. Jacilyn was a kind, witty, beautiful person with an innate sense of style and love for animals-particularly her sweet dog, Zuke. Jacilyn was successfully self-employed for the majority of her career and had a strong entrepreneurial sense. Jacilyn Renee will be deeply missed by her parents, sister, Tabetha Ruhstorfer, brother-in-law, Michael, nephews Braxton and Mike, nieces Kayla and Leighton, aunts, uncles, many cousins and close friends.
