Gracie Mae Moran Bowman passed away on December 19, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Marvin E. Bowman, Sr. Mother of Jeanette “Jay” Bowman (Diddle), Marvin E. Bowman, Jr. (Judy), Carol B. Entrekin (Douglas), Susan Bowman (David Arceneaux), Lynda Dianne Bowman, Mark Bowman, and Grace B. Hebert (Troy). Grandmother of Amanda Bowman, Marv Bowman, III (Ashley), Michelle Bowman, Tara E. Pulliam, Scott Entrekin (Rebekah), Brittney Brown, Brandon Habis (Mandy), and Katie Bowman. Great-grandmother of 18. Daughter of the late Charles Moran and Lillian Mitchell Moran. Sister of the late Edward “Diddie” Moran, Clyde Moran, Douglas Moran and Doris M. Broadway. Sister-in-law of Deborah Gaudet (George) and Ann M. McMillian. Age 86 years, a native of Oakgrove, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Gracie will be remembered as a wonderful homemaker, a “second mother” to neighborhood kids, and always having an open-door to all. She loved babies, flea markets, and listening to country music. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 12:00 PM.
