Gary T. Dennis November 1, 1956 – December 25, 2019 Gary T. Dennis, 63, Ashwaubenon, passed away from complications of lung cancer on Wednesday, December 25, 2019. He was born in Green Bay on Nov. 1, 1956 to the late Tom and Audrey (Steffens) Dennis. Gary was known to many as Scout. He graduated from West High School and worked at a variety of small companies around Green Bay; one that sticks out in the minds of many was when he worked at the Shell gas station on Ridge and Cormier. He loved the customers and they loved him. Gary finally found his forever job at Kitchen Fresh Foods 9 years ago. Gary had a true love in taking long walks. He especially loved walking the Stadium District the day after home games! We could depend on Gary to know where all the best sales were in the area grocery stores. He knew anything and everything Packers. Even as he was getting worse with his condition he could look at the upcoming games and tell us the Pack could win it. Gary was a huge Brewers and Badgers fan. He also, before he bought his house, took exceptional care of our parents. We grew spoiled, as we knew he would be there for them always. As Gary loved his Packers team, we would like to give him a Packer sendoff. Please come in your favorite Pack gear, he would appreciate it. Survivors include his brother, Richard Dennis; sisters, Lynn (Fran) Laes, all of Ashwaubenon; Karen (Gary) Scott, Howard; nephew, Jim (Sarah) Dennis; nieces, Missy (Jerry) Snyder; Sarah (Jeff) LeClair; many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews; and all his friends at Kitchen Fresh Foods. Gary was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; sister-in-law, Cindy Dennis.
