Francisca’s Obituary FRANCISCA A. CONTRERAS Francisca A. Contreras, 103, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Contreras was born in Villa de Llamas, San Luis Potosi, Mexico and was a long life resident of San Antonio, Texas. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vicente Contreras. Son, Jose Contreras. Parents, Pedro Arreguin and Maria Casillas. She is survived by her children, Pedro (Dominga) Contreras, Gabriel (Diana+) Contreras, Carmen C. (Pablo) Rios, Maria C. (Brian) Adam and Vicente (Esperanza) Contreras. Grandchildren, Maria del Socorro Contreras, Pedro Contreras Jr., Gabriela Contreras, Gabriel Contreras, Jose Luis Contreras, Israel Contreras, Gabriel Contreras, Angelica T. Contreras, Sandra Contreras, Socorro Contreras and Paula R. Paz. 19 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren. Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:05 a.m. on Monday, December 23, 2019. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Read More
