Graaf, 94, of Allentown, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2019 in St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Hospital. She was the wife of the late Richard R. Graaf, who died in 2001. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Rosie (Shaner) Smith. Frances worked as a winder for Lehigh Valley Cordage for many years. She attended Calvary Temple. Survivors: Daughters, Linda Smith of Allentown and Carol Cogan of Palmerton; sons, David Smith of Easton and Roy Smith of Allentown; sister, Eleanor Sterner; 9 grandchildren and their families. Frances was preceded in death by her son Harold Smith. Services: Private, at the convenience of her family. Arrangements entrusted to K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Inc., Allentown. Print Obituary
