Frances Marion Sanders Garrett, 86, wife of the late Zane Velton Garrett, of 709 Ploma Drive, Seneca, SC, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at Cottingham Hospice House. A native of Seneca, SC, Mrs. Garrett was the daughter of the late Fred B. and Jeanette Louise Fredericks Sanders. She retired from the Byrd McLellan Insurance Agency and attended St. Mark United Methodist Church. Mrs. Garrett is survived by her sister: Patricia Turner of Seneca, SC; and nephew: Mark Turner (Elaine) and their children. All funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mark United Methodist Church, Attn: Operations Manager, 616 Quincy Road, Seneca, SC 29678. The family is at their respective homes.
