Frances “Fran” Davis of Bedford, Texas January 28, 1929 – December 28, 2019 Frances “Fran” Davis, 90, of Bedford, Texas died Saturday, December 29, 2019 at Parkwood Healthcare in Bedford. Fran was born January 28, 1929 in Prim, Arkansas to the late Hillis Sproul and Mary Eva “Evie” Powell Sproul. Fran worked for the Irving Convention Bureau for 20 years and volunteered as an Ambassador at D/FW International Airport for more than 20 years. She married Jerral Davis on June 8, 1947 in Byars, Oklahoma. Fran lived in Irving, Texas from 1955 – 2002 before moving to Bedford. She was a member of First Baptist Euless, now known as, Cross City Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Jerral who died in 1989 and a son-in law Robert Kaumeyer. Fran is survived by her son, Kevin Davis and wife Jane of Bedford, Texas; daughter, Jana Kaumeyer of The Colony; brothers, Kenneth Sproul of Tulsa, Oklahoma, J.B. Sproul of Branson, Missouri and Larry Sproul and wife Esther of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Katrina Kortegast of The Colony, Texas, Kyle Kaumeyer and wife Charmaine of Krum, Texas, Kris Kaumeyer and wife Adrienne of Euless, Texas, Aaron Davis and fiancée Jenny of Keller, Texas, Allison Sawatzky and husband Drew of Hurst, Texas; seven great grandchildren, Isabelle Kortegast, Daniel Kortegast, Gabriel Kaumeyer, Isaac Kaumeyer, Mille Sawatzky, Quinn Sawatzky and Bree Simmons. Visitation will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2020 at Cross City Church, 1000 Airport Freeway, Euless, Texas 76039. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January, 3, 2020 at Cross City Church. Burial will be Friday at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 East Irving Boulevard, Irving, Texas 75060. Pastor John Meador will officiate.
