Poulos July 06, 1923 – December 01, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Memorial Donation Elena Dorothea (Karlberg) Poulos of Chestnut St., Bellingham died December 1 of Multiple Myeloma at Beaumont Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center in Northbridge, MA. She was born 96 years ago in Boston, MA, the daughter of Florence M. Karlberg and Richard T. Karlberg. She is survived by her son, John J. Poulos, Jr. of Litchfield, NH; Eight grandchildren – James Poulos of Bellingham, Jeremy Poulos of Lowell, Nicholas Poulos of Bellingham, Rebecca (Poulos) Trappe of Dayton, OH, John Poulos III of New York City, Jeffrey Poulos of Medford, NJ, Julie (Poulos) Sims of San Pedro, CA and Mark Lefebvre of Elgin SC; Four great grandchildren – Sophia Poulos and Jackson Poulos, Soli Poulos and James Trappe. She was also especially fond of her goddaughter, Kathy Kelly of Fort Myers, FL, and many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Patricia (Poulos) Donnelly and her son James R. Poulos. While the oldest of 7 siblings, she outlived her brothers Richard, Joseph, Robert and Ernest and her sisters Grace Stewart and Doris Henderson. Funeral will be held on Saturday, December 28th with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM at St. Blaise Church, 1158 So. Main St., Bellingham, MA.
