Edward George “Butch” Goben, 76, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019 at Medicalodge of Pittsburg, KS. He was born October 14, 1943 in Kansas City, MO to E.G. Goben and Maxine (Brassart) Goben. Butch was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Kay (Grant) Goben and two sisters Gerry Cooper and Peggy Prudlick. Butch is survived by his sons, Jeffery (wife Ginger) of Springfield, MO, Eddie (wife Lisa) of Columbus, KS and Shane (wife Deanne) of Tulsa, OK, five grandchildren: Brock Goben, Jessica Goben, Keli (Goben) Benedict (husband Dale), Blake Goben, and Bryce Goben, two greatgrandchildren: Aspen and Rowan Benedict, one sister Linda Roark (husband Billy) of Columbus, KS, his in-laws, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
