Obituary Dorothy “Dot” Hankins, age 84, of Dalton, passed away Monday, December 23, 2019 at Hamilton Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Ruth Puckett. Survivors include her loving husband of 47 years; Rodney Hankins, sons, Bennie F. Gilstrap, Mark Gilstrap, and Troy Gilstrap, all of Dalton; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 3 nieces; and 2 loving fur babies. A graveside service will be held Friday, December 27, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at United Memorial Gardens with Rev. Darey Kittle officiating.
