Donald E. Kelly, 62, of Morse Street, Waverly died 11:30 a.m. Friday, December 20, 2019 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Donald was born February 19, 1957 in Chillicothe, Ohio the son of the late Clara (Kelly) Barnhart. In 1998, he was united in marriage to Debra Lynn (Helton) Kelly, who survives. Also surviving are three children, Matt Kelly, Stacy Kelly, and Bruce Helton, and cousins, Connie Perry, Jo Ann Davis, Sandra (Gary) Shirkey, Terry (Sandy) Shoemaker, and Thomas N. Shoemaker, Jr. Donald was preceded in death by his mother, two brothers, Jack Kelly and Charles Kelly, sister, Diana Shoemaker. Donald worked in home maintenance repairs. Arrangements are pending.
