Deanna Elizabeth Lawatsch passed away on December 4, 2019 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She is survived by her husband, Frank, with whom she shared a loving 50 year marriage. Also surviving are their three children Amanda Jones Reilly ( Frank O’Reilly her husband), Dr Abigail Langan (Dr Christopher Langan her husband) and Dr Frank Lawatsch III ( Elia Lawatsch his wife) and grandchildren Maddie, Annabel, Ellie and Eamonn Langan. Deanna was the out patient diabetes educator at Mountainside Hospital in Glen Ridge, NJ and an adjunct professor at Montclair State University. Donations may be made in Deanna’s memory to the Memorial Fund at St James Episcopal Church, Upper Montclair, NJ. 07043 A memorial service will be planned for the Spring at St James Episcopal Church in Upper Montclair, NJ.
