Obituary Hurst David Lee, age 83, of Hamilton passed away on December 3, 2019. He was born on September 8, 1936 in Hamilton to the late Roscoe and Opal (nee House) Hurst. On June 11, 1960 he married Nella Lickliter, she survives him. Dave is also survived by his sons, Deron Hurst and Kyle Hurst; grandchildren, Eleanor Ostafin Hurst and Kasper David Ostafin Hurst; brothers, John Hurst, Charles “Bill” Hurst; sister Sophia Thomas; nephew, Brian Thomas; Nieces, Shari Botts, Michelle Hurst, and Jenny Hendershot; great niece, Erika Newton; Great great niece, Cora Newton; exchange students, Elise Sanders, Melbourne Austrailia, Rodrigo “G” Bianci, San Paulo, Brazil, and Tiia Tuure, Helsinki, Finland. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Ryan Hurst; brothers, Ross Hurst and Jim Hurst; and nephews, Tim Thomas and Richard Thomas. David was a member of the Benjamin Franklin Lodge #719 F&AM; Valley of Cincinnati, Scottish Rite; West Chester Kiwanis; and he also served his country in the United States Army. Visitation will be Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 1-3 p.m. until time of service with Dr. Dan Clemens officiating at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, 45014.
