Obituary Charlotte Atchley Cogdill, age 83 of Sevierville, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 23, 2019 after a brief battle with cancer. She loved spending time with her family and loved her animals. She was known for her kindness and compassion. Charlotte is preceded in death by her father Homer Atchley, mother Gladys Drinnen Atchley, husband Roy Cogdill, son David Atchley and niece Angela Diluigi.
