Evangelist Cathan Bell Chapman Ellis age 83, of 2103 Bolt Drive Passed Wednesday December 18, 2019 at AnMed Medical Center. She was born in Anderson County and was the daughter of the late Europe Chapman Jr., and Gladys Chapman, she was a member of Royal Baptist Church. Survivors include on son Otis (Patricia) Ellis Jr., of Dallas Tx, three sisters Alma (Odell) Burns of Belton S.C., Evelyn Rucker of Williamston S.C., and Betty McDowell of Belton S.C., 5 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Otis Ellis Sr., sisters Birdie Mae Chapman, Emma Ellis, and Elizabeth Robinson, brothers Samuel Chapman and Oscar (EJ) Chapman. Funeral services will be held Sunday 2:00P.M. Royal Baptist Church, burial will follow at Belton City Cemetery. The family is at the home. Holloway’s Funeral Home is in charge.
