Billie Jean Hargis, 85, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, formerly of Salem, Missouri passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A Visitation will be held Thursday, January 2, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2020 at the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Wilson Mortuary of Salem, Missouri. Billie is survived by her loving children: Carolyn Hunter and husband Jim of Tulsa, OK and Dennis Hargis and wife Ruth of White Bluff, TN; three sisters: Betty Hodges of Rolla, MO, Bonnie King of St. Peter, MO, and Bessie Nelson of Moscow Mills, MO; two brothers: Bobby Higgins of Salem, MO and Jerry Higgins of Rolla, MO; three grandchildren: Melissa Harris of Oak Ridge, TN, Cynthia Prince of Fairview TN, and Amy Bomar of Broken Arrow, OK; ten great-grandchildren; extended family and friends. Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Billie Hargis and left at Wilson Mortuary.
