Obituary Betty L. Bacchus, age 85 of Flint, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019 at the Durand Senior Care and Rehab Center. Private family services will be held with final rest in Flint Memorial Park. Betty’s family is being served by Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Durand Chapel. Betty was born on September 15, 1934 in Bell City, Missouri to the late Woodrow Wilson and Lillian A. (Davis) Proffer.
