Obituary Barbara Lucile Chadwick Perkins passed away November 29, 2019. She was born July 14, 1942 to Vaughn and Mary Elaine Crompton Chadwick in Salt Lake City. Barbara graduated from Ben Lomond High School and is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. She married James Bell and together they had three daughters: Teresa, Janet and Wendy They were later divorced. She then married Blaine R. Perkins. She worked at Deseret Industries for several years and the lunch programs at the Deaf and Blind and Davis High schools. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Janet (Cliff) Tipton; siblings: Stan (Sherrie) Chadwick, Claudette Hoskins; Tim (Lynette) Chadwick, Skeeter (Teri) Chadwick, Bonnie Newbury, Val Chadwick, Sandy (Buzz) Kriger; sister-in-law, Elaine Chadwick. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Blaine; daughters, Teresa Bell and Wendy Adams; siblings: Ronald Chadwick, Joyce E. Wright, Ricky and Vicky Chadwick, and Garey V. Chadwick. Graveside services will be held Friday, December 20, 2019 at 11 am at the Kaysville City Cemetery,400 Crestwood Rd, Kaysville, Utah..
