Mr. Chapa is preceded in death by his wife, Ramona Quiroga de Chapa; brother, Arnulfo (Carlota) Chapa and sisters, Manuela Jasso and Idolina Martinez. Mr. Chapa is survived by his sons, Gonzalo Antonio (Miralda) Chapa, Lamberto (Martha) Chapa, Jaime (Teresa) Chapa, Omar (Maribel) Chapa; daughters, Leonor (Hijinio) Cantu, Angelica (Israel) Chapa, Oralia (Andres) Gallegos, Julieta (Heraclio) Santos and by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Leonila (†Daniel) Chapa, Ninfa Arredondo, Guadalupe Chapa; brothers-in-law, Homero Jasso and Marcelino Martinez and by numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends. Visitation hours will be held on Friday, December 27, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a chapel service at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home. Burial services will be held at Panteon Rancho Nuevo in Rancho Nuevo Agualeguas, N.L. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
